Barbara Lechtenfeld

Barbara Lechtenfeld has been supporting companies, managers and young managers as a trainer, coach and consultant for more than 20 years, including at Malik in St. Gallen and the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, in dealing with the challenges relating to management and leadership.

The focus of her work today is in the areas of leadership development, change management, team development, culture development and communication.

For many years she has also been involved in the development and implementation of contemporary, networked, virtual learning formats.

When imparting knowledge, she places the emphasis on practical transfer so that “we don’t just learn to know, but to be able to”.

At LCG she is responsible for the business area Leadership Training.

Martin Strobel

Martin Strobel has more than 20 years of experience in organizational consulting and training of managers at all levels, including at Malik in St. Gallen and in international projects in development cooperation and financial system development.

The focus of his work today is on the cross-industry implementation of complex projects in the areas of leadership education and consulting, strategy and organizational development, HR, transformation and change management.

In his understanding, consulting enables the transition from an existing organizational state to a new state. This transition inevitably brings with it uncertainty, so “…the primary task of the advisor is to act as a catalyst for uncertainty.”

At LCG he is responsible for the business area Leadership Consulting.

Oleksandra Ricchello

Oleksandra Ricchello has more than 10 years of experience in large group methods. She is also a trainer in the areas of leadership development and change management.

She gained experience in the conception, planning, execution and implementation of participatory, tailor-made large group formats at Malik in St. Gallen and Kienbaum Consultants International.

‘Under the right circumstances, groups are remarkably intelligent – sometimes even more intelligent than the smartest people in them.’

– James Surowiecki

Personal support and individual solutions are important to her.

At LCG she is responsible for the business area Leadership Transformation.
